Nick Burnand formed One Stop Property Shop in 1985 and has been running the company in Anfield since then with his wife and staff. Nick owns the premises and has developed a considerable network of contacts in the area who help to ensure that the service he provides is an efficient, honest and caring one.

	Nick has been referred to as an expert on the BBC's Homes Under The Hammer show and has appeared on the programme dozens of times.
	Nick has appeared in Liverpool Echo editorials many times and most famously in an article called "A Star Is Born".
	In relation to his TV appearances. The Echo wrote: "If homes are the new cookery, then Nick Burnand could be the next Gordon Ramsay".
	The Echo wrote: "Tips and sound advice based on 20 years in the business are just what the BBC saw in Nick".
	Nick has been interviewed live by Tony Snell, BBC Radio Merseyside, about the Liverpool property scene.
	Radio City’s “Sell your house with One Stop Property Shop” jingle helped to make the company well-known on Merseyside.
