We are a registered agent and landlord with Liverpool City Council and have a good working relationship with all local authority agencies which we have developed over 20 years. We have a large number of benefit claimants on "safeguard" which results in their Housing Benefit being paid to us directly.

Under our basic management agreement, rents that we receive will always take a minimum of three working days processing before being forwarded to the Landlord. The above fees are for normal administrative processes involved in supervising your property. However, from time to time it may be necessary for us to expend additional time to cover unforeseen circumstances and this may be chargeable.

Basic Management

Full Management
